Simple dip everyone will love!
Ingredients:
1lb ground beef (i use ground round/sirloin, less greasy)
1 32 oz block velveeta cheese (i use light - lower fat, can't tell difference)
2 packets taco seasoning.
1/4 cup milk (i use 2% - lower fat, can't tell difference)
Directions:
1. Cut Velveeta into cubes.
2. Put in large microwave safe bowl. (I use a large glass one so I can serve from it.)
3. Add 1/4 cup milk. (More for thinner dip.)
4. I start microwaving so it isn't as difficult when meat is added. Approx 2 minute increments, stirring each time. Watch to make sure it doesn't scorch.
5. Meanwhile, cook ground beef as if you are making taco meat, except use both seasoning packets.
6. When finished, add meat to Velveeta and continue microwaving until completely melted.
7. Serve with tortilla chips, store leftovers in refrigerator.
