Ingredients:
4 cups parsley, chopped
2 tomatoes
1 small cucumber
1/4 cup bulgur wheat
1 tsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
Directions:
1. Add water, oil and vinegar to wheat until rises but not wet
2. Mix all ingredients and serve
