an easy to make salad
Ingredients:
3 cup tomato
3 cup parsley
4 med bell pepper
2 cup whole oat groats
1 tbsp salt
4 tbsp olive oil
1 oz lime juice
Directions:
1. wash the oats, shop the tomatoes & parsley then put it in a large bowl add the oats to it.
2. in a food processor put the pepper & onion until it smooth
3. add it to the tomato mix add the salt & lime juice
4. put it in a serving plate & pour the olive oil on it
