Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pound checken fillet to 1/2 inch thick
  2. Combine: 1/4 C pecans, 1/4 C corn flakes,1/2 tsp salt
  3. Combine: beaten egg and milk
  4. All-purpose flour in shallow bowl
  5. Bread each chicken breast by coating each in flour
  6. Dip flour-dusted checken in egg mixture then coat with coating of pecans and cornflakes
  7. Saute chicken fillets 3 to 4 minutes per side in preheated canola oil
  8. Cool
  9. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours
