Delicious spicy green beans that are super easy to make!
Ingredients:
1 bag frozen green beans
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
1/2 a small onion thinly sliced
2 tbs crushed peanuts or cashews
1/3 cup bottled szechuan sauce (can be found in the asian section of your supermarket)
2 tbs creamy peanut butter
4 tbs water
2 tbs sesame oil (you can also use veg or olive oil)
red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:
1. Defrost green beans
2. Heat sesame oil on medium heat in a saute pan or wok
3. Saute garlic and onion until fragrant and onion turns translucent
4. Add green beans and water and cook until green beans are almost done.
5. Add Szechuan sauce, crushed peanuts, peanut butter, and red pepper flakes (optional)
6. Continue cooking until liquid is almost gone.
7. Serve and enjoy!
