hot fried green beans
Ingredients:
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
6 cups green beans, tipped and tailed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon szechwan pepper
1/8 cup peanuts
Directions:
1. in oil mix garlic and red pepper flakes
2. add green beans cook until just tender
3. add peanuts
4. add soy sauce and vinegar
5. add pepper.
