Sylvias Fresh Cranberry Salsa

This recipe came from my friend Sylvia. She's a terrific cook and said I could post it so here you go. This will be great as an appetizer with the holiday parties coming up soon!
Ingredients:
1 - 12 oz bag fresh cranberries
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 bunch green onions, cut into 3 inch lengths
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 limes, juiced
3/4 cup white sugar
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Combine cranberries, cilantro, green onions, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, sugar, and salt in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a medium blade.
2. Chop to medium consistency.
3. Refrigerate if not using immediately.
4. Serve at room temperature over a block of cream cheese with your favorite crackers.
