Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces swordfish
1 teaspoon cooking oil
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon mirin
1/2 tablespoon sake
1/2 tablespoon water
japanese roasted nori, seaweed
Directions:
1. Slice the swordfish into 3/8” strips. Sauté in oil.
2. Add the liquid ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook the swordfish until well glazed.
3. Remove from pan and wrap with strips of roasted seaweed.
