Swiss Steak With a Kick for the Crock Pot

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs round steaks, cut into four pieces
1 teaspoon garlic powder
all-purpose flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
15 ounces rotel tomatoes
1 medium onion, cut into strips
2 medium bell peppers, cut into strips
3 cups cooked rice
Directions:
1. Season steak with garlic powder. Dust with flour.
2. Brown in vegetable oil.
3. Combine remaining ingredients with browned steak in crock pot. Add 1/2 can of water. Cook on low 8 hours.
4. Serve over rice.
