Ingredients:

  1. In medium bowl combine flour and salt mix well. Add
  2. Beef and coat well.
  3. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat
  4. Over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
  5. In a slow cooker layer potatoes, beef and onion. Stir
  6. Tomatoes with juice, water and any remaining flour mixture
  7. Together. Pour over top. Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to
  8. 8 hours or until beef is tender. Add carrots and cook for about 10 minutes then add rest of vegetables and cook till warm.
