Ingredients:
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped onion, thawed
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded reduced-fat swiss cheese
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon coarse-grained dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°.
2. Drain onion on paper towels.
3. Combine onion and remaining ingredients in a 1-quart baking dish. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
4. Serve with low-fat crackers (crackers not included in analysis).
