Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 small chopped onion
1 cup tomatoes
1 tbs fat
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Beat the eggs together with well mixed; cook small chopped onion and tomatoes with fat before eggs are added. Add eggs, cook slowly, and stir; add cheese as the eggs begin to thicken.
