Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. ~For Cookie~
  2. Soak cherries in liqueur,for aleast an hour(I soak them overnight),drain will.
  3. Cream butter,powdered sugar and vanilla.
  4. Mix in flour and beat at low speed until will combined.
  5. Wrap one cookie scoop of cookie dough around each cherry,making sure to cover completely.
  6. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  8. Cool on racks completely.
  9. ~For Coating~
  10. In saucepan,combine the coating ingredients.
  11. Cook on low,stirring constantly,until chocolate is melted.
  12. While the cookies are on the cooling rack with wax paper under.
  13. Spoon coating mixture over cookies to cover
