A great alternative to storebought condensed milk, especially for those who can't tolerate dairy! This recipe is equal to one 14-oz. can Eagle Brand.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup boiling water
3 tablespoons soy margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/3 cups instant soymilk powder (i use better than milk)
Directions:
1. Combine margarine, sugar, and soymilk powder in a medium bowl.
2. Pour in boiling water.
3. Stir well.
