3 easy steps! I often serve this as a side dish at barbeques and everyone wants the recipe. People often can't quite decide whether to eat it as a veg or pudding, so they often do both! Great hot or cold. As all the ingredients can be pre-mixed, I'd be interested in hearing from anyone who tries this dish while camping, using e.g. a cast iron dish over an open fire ?
Ingredients:
4 eggs, whisked
60 ml cake flour
15 ml baking powder
60 ml white sugar
2 (420 g) cans creamed corn
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients.
2. Pour into a greased oven dish.
3. Bake at 180 C for 1 hour.
