My friend Sunny (a pancake freak) raved about the pancakes made from Elaines Sweetcakes pancake mix so I got some mix to see how it cooked and tasted. This was great stuff. I don’t like doughy pancakes and these were light and very tasted, a high 11 for her mix. Read more . Nice job. Ingredients:

milk |
egg |
canola oil |
butter |
real maple syrup |
Directions:
1. I mixed according to directions and made two pancakes, dotted with butter and drizzeled with maple syrup. Fluffy and yummy.
2. I have always like thin type pancakes so after I made the two pancakes I added two tablespoons milk to thin it a bit and cooked another batch. Either way is delicious.
3. Definitely beats plain old pancake mix. Thanks for letting me try your mix.
