This is a really easy icing that will spruce up any cake- yum! I like it for funfetti cakes. Ingredients:
3 cups confectioner's sugar |
1/4 package frozen strawberries, thawed |
2 tsp milk |
4 oz cream cheese 1/2 package, add more if needed. |
Directions:
1. You may want to add less sugar and omit the milk to start, as I got a comment that it was too runny and sugary.
2. Mix sugar, strawberries and milk until blended
3. Add cream cheese, add more if not thick enough for you.
4. Beat on high until well blended and creamy
5. Spread over cake or cupcakes and enjoy!
