Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 20-ounce can juice-packed pineapple chunks
1/4 c sugar (i use splenda 1/2 and 1/2)
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 c vinegar
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced thin

1. Cut chicken into 1/2-inch cubes. Combine pineapple chunks with their
2. juice, sugar, cornstarch, and vinegar in large skillet. Add chicken.Cook
3. over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently as sauce thickens. Add green pepper and onion. Cook 5 minutes longer, or until vegetables and chicken are tender.
