I read a recipe wrong, and came out with this happy accident. This recipe is for a 1.5 lb. loaf. Special instructions: This dough never seems to do the same thing twice, and I always check my dough when using the bread machine. If the dough is too soft, add 1 table spoon of flour at a time durning the kneeding process, if it is too stiff add one teaspoon of water at a time.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk
1 1/8 cups canned pumpkin pie mix
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 cups graham flour
2 1/4 teaspoons fast rising yeast
Directions:
1. Add ingredients into bread pan in order specified by your bread machine instructions. Choose whole wheat bread, medium crust.
