Sweet Potato Souffle (Casserole)

My own creation...a sweet potato casserole without marshmallow topping, but just as sweet and tasty. Great for the holidays.
Ingredients:
3 cups sweet potatoes (baked, peeled and mashed)
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon butter flavoring
1 teaspoon sherry flavoring
1/3 cup margarine, melted
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup flour
Directions:
1. Place mashed potatoes in a bowl. Beat eggs and add to potatoes. Add the sugar, salt, 1/3 stick margarine, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, butter & sherry flavorings and beat on low speed until well blended and combined. Pour into buttered baking dish.
2. For topping:.
3. Mix remaining ingredients together except margarine. Pour the topping over potatoes, then pour the melted margarine over the topping. Bake 40 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven.
