Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook and Mash potatoes until no lumps remain, NONE
  2. Mix in all ingredients safe ginger and tbsp of butter
  3. Beat until fluffy
  4. Place mixture into a piping bag and pipe onto a cookie sheet in a rosette pattern (or if you don't care to be fancy, drop by rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheet)
  5. Brush with 1 Tbsp Butter, and sprinkle with ginger if desired
  6. Bake at 425 Degrees for 15-20 minutes
