Sweet Potato Pudding

A different way to have your Thanksgiving Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients:
6 sweet potatoes
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon butter(for mashing)
1/4 cup cream
1/8 cup whiskey(jack daniels) or rum (meyers)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Wash and peel sweet potatoes and remove blemishes
3. Boil or steam until fork tender
4. Drain and mash with a tablespoon of butter
5. Heat cream until hot but not boiling
6. Beat potatoes with a mixer, pouring in cream in a thin stream
7. Beat until fluffy and beat in remaining ingredients
8. Transfer to a baking dish sprayed with non stick cooking spray
9. Bake for 20 minutes until brown
