Ingredients:
2/3 cup oatmeal
1 1/2 cup egg whites
1 cup sweet potatos, boiled mashed
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 scoop whey protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 dash nutmeg
Directions:
1. Boil and mash the sweet potato.
2. Combine all ingredients and mix throughly
3. Pour onto non-stick pan or pancake griddle cook 2-4 minutes each side.
4. Enjoy!
