Sweet Potato Mash

This is one of the side dishes that's served at the restaurant where I work part time here in Providence. It was published in our local newspaper. Great, simple side dish for Thanksgiving or other family holidays.
Ingredients:
6 sweet potatoes
4 large carrots
1 pinch fresh nutmeg
1/4 cup honey
salt and black pepper
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes and carrots.
2. Cut potatoes in half or quarters depending on size.
3. Boil in salted water until softened (about 17-18 minutes).
4. Run carrots and potatoes through a food mill or mash with masher.
5. Add nutmeg, honey and salt and/or pepper to taste.
