Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450. You want to slice your sweet potatos long ways. You want them not too thin, but not too thick. Each slice should be about the same thickness. Put your sweet potatos onto a foiled cookie sheet drizzle with some Olive Oil, and salt and pepper. Then put slices into the 450 degree oven for about 10 minutes. Take them out and toss them around, use more olive oil if needed. Them put them back into the oven for about 7-9 minutes. Then take them out, let them cool and enjoy!
