Sweet Potato Casserole With a crunch

A very delicious sweet potato recipe with corn flake topping, rather than the usual flour mixture. Try it!
Ingredients:
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
6 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups sugar or 1 1/2 cups splenda sugar substitute
1 cup evaporated milk or 1 cup skim milk
2 eggs or 2 egg substitute
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
6 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Mix all casserole ingredients and place in a small-medium glass baking dish.
3. Combine all topping ingredients, and cover the potatoes with the topping.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
