Sweet Potato Casserole

This is one of our family favorites for Christmas Day Dinner. It's a perfect balance of sweet potatoes, topped with a mixture of brown sugar & pecans.
Ingredients:
3 cups sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Bake sweet potatoes in a 375* oven until fork tender. Let cool, then peel.
2. Preheat oven to 350*.
3. In a mixing bowl combine sweet potatoes, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, & milk. Mix on medium speed until well blended. Spoon into a geased 2 or 3 quart baking dish. Combine ingredients for the toppping & sprinkle on top of potatoes before baking.
4. Bake for 30 minutes.
