This corn is delicious. Cooking the corn in milk with a little sugar really makes a difference. It makes frozen corn taste just like it came off the cob.
Ingredients:
5 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon butter
4 teaspoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. In a medium-sized saucepan, combine all ingredients.
2. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for about 10 - 15 minutes or until corn is heated through, stirring frequently.
3. Strain corn with a slotted spoon, as you serve.
