For a fast breakfast I love this. The sweetness of the apples, cinnamon and sugar on a toasted multigrain bread is just so good.
Ingredients:
1 slice multi grain bread or 1 slice rye bread
1 unpeeled apple, grated
1 pinch cinnamon
1 teaspoon agave syrup or 1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sugar-free chunky peanut butter
Directions:
1. Toast the bread. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, and spread onto the toast.
