Sweet Morning Eye-Opener Fruit and Vegetable Juice

Entered for safe-keeping, from Clean Eating, Fall 2008. Great for a juicer or VitaMix. Apples are for strong bones and anti-inflammation. Most of the vitamins are in the skin.
Ingredients:
2 carrots
1 red apple (delicious, fuji or pink lady)
1 inch fresh ginger, peeled 1-inch square (add more if you like it hot)
Directions:
1. Scrub carrots and apple, wash but do not peel.
2. Peel ginger.
3. Juice everything, stir gently and enjoy.
