Sweet Marinara over Zucchini (Raw Vegan)

Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
1 (10 ounce) container cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup basil
3 zucchini, spiralized
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
Directions:
1. Pulse the first three ingredients in a blender a couple of times. Don't blend too much or it will be watery.
2. Pour over top of zucchini & top with chopped red bell pepper. Enjoy!
