Easy homemade sherbert made with jelly (jello). Makes lots!
Ingredients:
6 -7 cups icing, suar
1 (85 g) packet jelly (jello)
4 tablespoons citric acid
2 tablespoons bicarbonate of soda
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir.
2. Start with 6 cups of icing suar and add more if necessary.
