In Memory of My mother. My mom make this during the christmas holiday for gifts, appetizers, etc. It's Hot, sweet, tangy, and good!
Ingredients:
3 beaten eggs
1 cup sugar (can sub for splenda for diabetic)
2/3 cup coleman dry mustard
1 cup apple cider vinegar
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well on top of double boiler.
2. Cook over simmering water for 45 minutes.
3. Stir frequently with wire whisk to prevent clumps.
4. Serve with cheese, sausage, bbq pork, etc. Good on sandwiches too
