This smoothie is bursting with nutrients from fruits, veggies, and yogurt. The perfect way to start your day! Uses a Vita-Mix blender for creamiest results.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 banana, frozen
4 strawberries, frozen
1/2 cup peach slices, frozen
1 kiwi, unpeeled
1/4 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 kale leaf
4 baby carrots
1/2 cup yellow squash
1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon old fashioned oats
1/2 cup cool water
4 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Add ingredients in the order listed.
2. Start blender on Variable speed 1 and quickly turn it up to 10, then switch to High. Use plastic tamper to push ingredients into blades and blend for 1 minute.
