Sweet and garlicky-yum!
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 red pepper
4 or 5 small tomatoes
3 tsp sugar
1 pinch of salt
Directions:
1. 1. Mince the garlic and dice the red pepper.
2. 2. Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium and cook the garlic and pepper until tender.
3. 3. Dice the tomatoes and trim the green beans.
4. 4. Mix the tomatoes, green beans, sugar, and salt into the skillet and reduce the heat to low.
5. 5. Gentle-fry for 45 minutes or until the green beans are tender.
