I really enjoy these and try to keep a bottle in the fridge all the time just for a quick snack.
Ingredients:
1 (46oz) jar polish dill pickles, drained and cut lengthwise.
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup white or cider vinegar, plus a little more if needed to top off
1 tsp celery seed
Directions:
1. Boil sugar, vinegar, and celery seed for 5 minutes.
2. Pour over pickles in jar and let stand in refrigerator for at least 3 to 4 days before using.
3. Save drained pickle juice: it's great for heartburn.
