Ingredients:
1 cup rice
2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon brown rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1/4 cup flax seed meal
1/2 cup raw almonds (or other crunchy snutty things)
1/4 cup raisins (or other dry squishy fruits)
Directions:
1. cook rice according to instructions mix all ingredients eat a small portion, this is powerful stuff!
2. eat some more eat a little bit more go play.
