Sweet Cream Buttermilk Pancake Biscuits

If you like biscuits, you’ll love these! They are fragrant, light and delicious. Basic Preparation Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Baking time is approx.8 minutes. Yield: 8 standard (2 1/2 inch) size biscuits.
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups heartland sweet cream buttermilk pancake mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup milk
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients lightly. Place dough on pancake mix floured surface. Knead 10 times. Roll dough gently to Â1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 to 2 1/2inch cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake until golden brown.
2. After removing from oven, brush with butter and enjoy.
