Sweet Chilli Sauce

Great as a dipping sauce. Amount of ginger and sultanas can be varied.
Ingredients:
250 g red chilies, chopped
3 cups sugar
3 cups white vinegar
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon grated gingerroot
150 g sultanas
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a large pot.
2. Simmer for 40 minutes.
3. Allow to cool.
4. Puree.
5. Store in sterilised jars.
