Sweet Chilli Chicken Wraps

This dish was made to be eaten immediately and can be prepared quickly after work. It's very tasty and will have you making it at least once a week!
Ingredients:
3 fairly large chicken breast fillets
1 large onion
1 green chilli
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp salt
few cracks of freshly ground black pepper
half green or red bell pepper
one-third cup sweet chilli sauce
1 punnet of mushrooms
1 tsp tandoori spice
1 tblsp sugar
half cup of water
2 tblsp vegetable or olive oil
Directions:
1. Use the oil to braise the onion, chilli, bell pepper, garlic and salt over medium heat until all are tender and onion is transluscent.
2. Dice the chicken breast into 1cm pieces and add to onion.
3. Add water to prevent chicken from burning and shredding.
4. Cook for about 15 mins until chicken is cooked through.
5. Chop mushrooms in half and add to chicken mixture.
6. Add sweet chilli sauce, tandoori spice, pepper and sugar.
7. Let cook over low-medium heat until all ingredients are incorporated and cooked through.
8. Please note that if your mixture is too runny, increase the heat slightly to let the water evaporate quickly.
9. Fry about 4 large tortillas/wraps in a hot dry pan until brown spots form on either side.
10. Fill each one with chicken mixture.
11. You can also put some lettuce, chopped cucumber, feta or raw bell pepper inside the wrap. Mayonnaise is also great if your mixture is fairly dry.
12. Wrap up and serve!!
