Sweet Chili Caesar

A simple Caesar salad with the addition of prawns/chicken sauted in sweet chili sauce.
Ingredients:
prawns or diced chicken breast
sweet chili sauce
vegetable or olive oil
caesar dressing
basil
romaine lettuce or spinich
capsicum
button mushrooms
crushed garlic
cherry tomotoes
grated parmesan
Directions:
1. Wash and slice vegetables (lettuce, capsicum, tomotos) and place in salad bowl
2. Saute portion of garlic in oil over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and saute briefly. Add to salad bowl.
3. Saute remaining garlic, adding prawns or chicken breast. Once almost cooked through, add a healthy dose of sweet chili sauce and sizzle for a minute or so. Add to salad bowl.
4. Add a glob of Caesar dressing, parmesan and basil. Toss salad thoroughly so sauces can blend.
