A healthy sugar free way to cure that sweet morning tooth.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup egg beaters
1/4 cup chopped tomatoe
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 whole wheat tortilla
Directions:
1. Spray small no stick skillet with no stick spray
2. Preheat skillet on medium-high heat until uniformly hot
3. Carefully add tomatoe and onion. Cook stirring occasionally until most of the juice from the tomatoe is evaporated.
4. Add Egg Beaters and let cook until almost set.
5. While Egg Beaters are cooking place tortilla's in a damp paper towel and microwave for 1 minute.
6. When Egg Beaters are ready scramble turn off heat and serve.
7. Makes 1 breakfast wrap.
