Sweet Braised Chicken

A sinfully easy, yet delicious, main dish
Ingredients:
1 chicken leg quarter
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 cup pre- cooked rice
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix the liquid ingredients in a small oven proof lidded bowl. Place the chicken in upside down and marinate 30 minutes.
3. Turn the chicken over and cover the bowl.
4. Braise for 1 hour.
5. Serve over a bed of rice with additional sauce ladled over it.
