Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 cups packaged cabbage-and-carrot coleslaw
1/2 cup refrigerated prechopped tricolor bell pepper
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well with a whisk. Add coleslaw and bell pepper; toss gently to coat.
