Sweet and Spicy Asian Pork (Crockpot)

Ingredients:
3 lbs boneless pork shoulder
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 -2 tablespoon chili paste with garlic
1 teaspoon chinese five spice powder
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 head bok choy or 1 head napa cabbage, shredded
Directions:
1. Place the pork in a slow cooker. In a bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients. Pour over pork. Cover and cook on high 4-5 hours, until falling apart. Shred meat with 2 forks and return to pot.
2. Add greens and cook on high 1 more hour.
