Sweet And Sour Summer Salad

This is a crisp and crunchy salad! ENJOY!
Ingredients:
1 cup celery, sliced
1 cup apple, sliced
1 cup cucumber, sliced
salt
pepper
2 tablespoons orange juice
lettuce leaf, washed and drained
2 tomatoes, sliced and sprinkled with salt to taste
1 cup cottage cheese or 1 cup panir or 1 cup tofu, diced and sprinkled with salt to taste
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Mix the celery, apples, cucumbers, salt, pepper and orange juice.
2. Arrange the lettuce leaves in a flat platter.
3. Place the salad in the centre.
4. Arrange the cottage cheese and tomatoes around it.
5. Spoon the mayonnaise on top before serving.
