Sweet and Sour Sauce

This is perfect for Asian dinner night! It goes great with crab wontons or white rice, etc.. My mom worked in a great Chinese restaurant for a while when I was young, and she got his recipe from them. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice
4 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons water
2 teaspoons cornstarch
pineapple chunk (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix together in a saucepan the pineapple juice, brown sugar, and ketchup.
2. Bring to boil over med-high heat. Meanwhile, mix together the water and corn starch BEFORE adding to the saucepan.
3. Add the starch mixture to the boiling ketchup mixture. This will cause it to thicken.
4. Turn down heat to low to keep warm until serving.
5. Add pineapple chunks if you want.
