You may make this spicy by adding cayenne pepper to taste.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
1. Cook briefly over low heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Taste and add more vinegar if necessary.
2. Cool before serving, or use as a basting sauce.
