Sweet and Sour Pearl Onions

Ingredients:
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon thyme
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen pearl onions
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions:
1. In a nonstick skillet, bring vinegar, sugar, salt and thyme to a boil.
2. Add onions. Cover and simmer until tender.
3. Uncover and cook until glazed.
4. Stir in chopped parsley.
