Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 (13 ounce) can chunked pineapple
2/3 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 small green pepper
4 cups cooked white rice
Directions:
1. Mix first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Shape into balls and put into a 9x13 glass dish.
3. cook in a 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, until brown.
4. Meanwhile, mix brown sugar and cornstarch.
5. Stir in pineapple with juice, vinegar, soy sauce.
6. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
7. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in green pepper and pour over meatballs.
8. Cook in a 350 oven about 30 minutes - until sauce is thickened and bubbly.
9. Serve over white rice.
